"Afternoon tea"

We were warmly greeted by a member of staff and shown to our table. Water and hot drinks were offered - they quickly appeared. Allergies and dislikes were re-checked (I had been asked when I booked) and shortly afterwards afternoon tea arrived, beautifully displayed and with a nice variety of sandwiches and cakes. I asked if the fruit scones could be replaced with plain scones and also asked for butter - nothing was too much trouble, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. A lovely experience from start to finish - highly recommend.
