You are not alone here, I'm afraid, but this general obsession retailers and hospitality now have with surveys is getting tiring. Call me old fashioned, but perhaps good tips and repeat business is a better barometer, rather than all this post-match analysis. It actively discourages on-line reservations, in fact.
