The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"NOT THE PLACE IT WAS..."

Classy surroundings, lovely food but it's not the buzzing friendly place it was.

The food was very nice. Drinks were expensive. Double G&T £12, Beers at £6 per pint.

We chose 'The Swan' to host our midweek works Christmas Party. We were the only people in the restaurant and despite spending around £800 over the course of a couple of hours, we were made to feel a little unwelcome and ended up taking our business elsewhere for the remainder of the evening.

You would think that as the hospitality industry has been hit so hard by the pandemic, venues would be keen to have your business. It certainly did not feel this way.

Regrettably, it is unlikely that we will return.
