The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"So wanted to give 5 stars..."

...but a few things went wrong, especially with the food. The 4 stars is because staff dealt with any issues brilliantly, were professional and could see why we said anything. Would definitely go back without a second thought. Any place that leffe on tap has my vote anyway.
