The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Could do better. "

Food took a long time to arrive with two apologies from waitress for delay. My chips were barely warm. My own table section was very sticky and I used a paper napkin to cover it which actually stuck to the table! Have had the same meal before at The Swan but this time not impressed. The salad should be changed or not used at all.
