The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Disappointing "

We had to wait to be seated.
We chose the roast beef dinner .
It was only moderately warm with few vegetables.
The waiter placed it on the table very quickly and was obviously under pressure.
He did not offer sauces or gravy and again I had to find him to get some.
Service was very poor.
