"Felt forgotten "

Booked weeks ago for husbands birthday. Children came back from university especially. Arrived early to be told to go to bar and wait for them to call us through. Only 6 people in total had booked for an evening meal in the restaurant including our group. 16 walk ins arrived as a group. Were seated before us. Order taken before us and when they came to take our order many items on the menu were not available as the walk in had ordered them. We had to all change our choices. Food took 90 minutes to arrive. Staff were apologetic and did not charge us for meals but it completely ruined husbands birthday.
