"Afternoon tea let down"

The sandwiches were not fresh as the bread edges were hard and some had jam on the edges (There were no jam sandwiches).
The scones were definitely not fresh they were very hard and very dry and reassembled rock cakes. You have to catch a member of staff to ask for a drink and one member of staff was very abrupt.
