"Poor service "

We visited as a family for my husbands birthday. Considering the restaurant wasn’t even half full it seemed to take forever for food to arrive in between courses. To top it off we were still waiting after our plates had been collected at least 20 minutes before I gave up anyone coming to ask us if we would like dessert or tea/coffee. I went and found someone to get the bill so we could leave. I wasn’t impressed with the service charge which had been added to our bill either.
