"Rude manager"

Came in for lunch on Saturday and didn’t receive great service at all. The shift supervisor was however really helpful. We came in and took about 10 minutes to find the table number that my name was under. We then only ordered 2 sandwiches for lunch and waited about 45 minutes for them to come. Unfortunately when they did, on the one steak sandwich the steak was grizzly. We asked if we could swap it to something else which we didn’t mind waiting for. The manager at the time then brought out the new meal and basically just slammed it down on the table, didn’t apologise, or even come back again to check the new one was ok. She then came out about 10 minutes later to to the table next to us apologising to the other customers that their meal will be a further 5 minutes due to the asparagus not being quite cooked. By this point our table needed clearing and we would have liked to order another round of drinks. The manager then looked over to the table and saw that it needed clearing, but completely ignored us and then commented to the other customers that she would get them fresh drinks.

I can only assume the waitress we asked initially to change one of the meals took this personally and when going back into the kitchen made her version of events to the manager, which is why the manager them seemed to think it was ok to completely dismiss us after that. Just felt as though we didn’t receive anywhere near the same service as the table next to us and it was a very awkward visit.
