"Poor experience"

The service was very slow. Two arancini served cold in the middle, both sent back and we chose not to replace for fear of the same again. The main I chose this restaurant for was not available, and the steak I had was a poor cut of meat with peppercorn sauce that was hardly edible. On my birthday I just wanted a nice evening, and I was left waiting 1.5 hours for one poor dish. I have been in the past and it has been a pleasant experience so perhaps they were low on kitchen staff. The restaurant staff were nice and it wasn’t their fault. But this was not acceptable and needs sorting out.
