The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"It was a disappointment."

The service was slow. The atmosphere dead. The food was just ok. The coffee cups were overfilled when served and had dropped into the saucers. I believe that I had some marks on the back of my shirt from where I had been sitting, but did not notice until I arrived home. The whole experience was overpriced.
