"Disappointing Birthday Meal"

We visited for our daughter's birthday. Our food and drink order were taken promptly however it took nearly an hour to receive our food. We eventually asked one of the waiters where the food was and he said its coming now. We were not asked again if wanted any more drinks, in fact my husband went to the bar twice himself to get a drink. The service charge was automatically added which we removed. Very disappointing considering the price of the food/drink...
