"Nice afternoon tea "

We arrived at our given time, but we’re left waiting and wondering, where the afternoon tea was! After asking, apparently I’d requested it be served an hour after sitting down, which was news to me.
Staff rectified this and bought out the orders, but I then had to ask for the Prosecco and tea.
Tbf it was a lovely afternoon tea and we all had a good time, and although staff were polite and apologised for the inconvenience, I think there is a bit of a training need here.
