"Afternoon tea for 10"

A group of 10 of us attended The Swan for afternoon tea for mine and my aunties birthday yesterday and sadly it wasn’t the experience we expected.
We had an issue with some the cakes which was rectified (thank you) however we felt the attitude of the member of staff who was serving us was appalling.
We ordered warm drinks to go with our afternoon tea and the gentleman serving us told us that he would get them, but he was about to go on his break and then drinks took over 30 mins to come.
The second lot we ordered came that late a couple of members of the group had already gone as they’d got other commitments that day.
We did speak to a kind lady on the day who did re assure us that the issues we had would be dealt with and offered us all drinks as a way of apologising however we just feel that the whole experience was not great and it kind of ruined our afternoon.
