"Afternoon tea "

We arrived on time for our afternoon tea, on arrival we had to wait at the bar to be seen for a few minutes. I had booked for 5 of us and the lady said it was only booked for 4 people, so there was only enough food for 4 as it’s pre booking only she said. I wasent very impressed as I rang up a couple weeks before and said it was for 5 people. So I don’t know how that mistake happened, so one of didn’t get to eat as much as everyone else as we had to try and share out what we had. Not once did anyone come over and ask if everything was ok. Just thought the service was not efficient, slow and unhelpful. After this experience we won’t be having the afternoon tea here again, the coffee was really nice and the decor of the place was lovely
