The Tudor House Hotel, Tewkesbury

"Food was tasty, service was lacking."

We booked a table for 2 for 7pm on Saturday 2nd July. On arrival, although there were 3 people behind the bar, no one was interested in acknowledging our arrival. Once someone did, we were shown to our table by a friendly and polite young man. We ordered both starters and mains, all of which was tasty, however, at no point did anyone come and ask how we were enjoying our food. The only time someone came to our table was to clear the plates, and even then, they weren't interested in knowing whether we had enjoyed our food! Felt very unimportant and ignored as a customer. My friend even had to go to the bar and ask for some more gravy for her main meal.
