The Swan Hotel, Wells

"Disappointed "

Lovely hotel, just little things let it down.
Room....Nice room but beds were obviously made in a hurry. I had to strip my bed and remake it.
Dining room......COLD!! To cold to relax to eat comfortably.
Food.....Breakfast....scrambled eggs so over cooked it was served in slices! Served either just half a tomato and 1 mushroom. Great if you're on a diet.!
Staff....the young man serving at breakfast was very good.
The young lady serving our evening meal couldn't have been better!
Reception staff were very friendly as we're the bar staff.
