The Swan Hotel, Wells

"It's a lovely hotel in a great location in a very interesting city."

Staying at this hotel is like being in your own comfortable home with lovely people looking after all your needs. Staff and management are brilliant, very friendly and professional. Martin was so nice took the time to have a conversation with people staying or visiting the hotel which to me is a star point. Rooms beautifully clean and comfortable.
