"Xmas work party "

I have always booked the Xmas meal for staff at the swan as great building and fab service. I have recommended family and friends stay here when visiting, so generally often frequent hotel and enjoy being a guest with you.

The food this year wasn't really up to standard. The veg served was raw - i like cruncy veg but this was just not cooked and the potatoes were cold. It just didn't feel special and the quality of meal has been a lot better in the past.
