The Swan Hotel, Wells

"Disappointed visit"

Hotel was cold had to keep coats on to have lunch.
Food came out warm not hot on warm plates.
Toilets were dirty and very dusty, floor looked like not washed for weeks.
When I said we could not eat all the meal because it went cold all I had was Oh!
Not a good reply .
