First visit to restaurant very busy Saturday night. Very impressed with decor and presentation of restaurant. Issues arose with food 3 of 4 meals were unacceptable, 1 incomplete and cold, 1 greatly undercooked and 1 overcooked, also exceptionally long wait for food, requested to see manager who handled the situation with great skill and politeness replacement meals were sent out very quickly and adjustment made to final bill. We fully commend his efforts a great asset to hotel.
