The Swan Hotel, Wells

"Disappointing "

Disappointed with our stay.
So many items were unavailable on the evening menu.
Cooked breakfast was cold.
Some areas need refurb.
Definitely not worth the cost of staying here.
Location is great so such a shame the hotel quality needs so much improvement.
