"The Swan has not changed for the better under the new regime"

Our 1.30 pm lunch reached our table at 2.20 pm. The service was quire inefficient. pre lunch drinks were served in 2 installments ten minutes apart. We asked for vinegar, mint sauce and water none of which were offered when food was delivered. These items arrived separately 2 or 3 minutes apart. The food was fine but we had no time for pudding or coffee.

All in all it was a poor experience
