"Not as wonderful as it used to be "

Our room was comfortable and clean, but there were several problems with the bathroom. First, the mirror lights didn’t work, and I couldn’t see to wash up and do my makeup. The toilet paper roll holder kept falling off because it was missing a screw. Sometimes the toilet wouldn’t flush. And on our last night, the housekeeper didn’t leave us enough toilet paper, and we couldn’t reach anyone to bring some up. Extremely irritating!
