"Good food. Bad customer service"

On arrival the receptionist was more interested in looking at the phone than greeting customers and even when aware that they were there, did not immediately give his full attention.

Food was good if a little slow coming but it was a busy Sunday afternoon.

Was disappointed about the way they handled a request to take home subs if the unfinished food. My companion was made to feel as if this was an unusual request and a fuss was made of it where it could have been dealt with quietly and efficiently.

Overall an ok experience but let down by some missing basic service skills.
