"Disappointed"

We had booked a Bar meal with my son and family. The food was excellent but the service left a lot to desired. The bar man on the night was exceptional, attentive and friendly. The male waiter that came to take our food orders made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He rushed us when we were closing and when my son asked about the pie of the day the waiter replied giving him the information followed by "I have other tables coming in". Once our food arrived we did not see that waiter again, we had to go to the bar for our drinks and into the female waitress in the restaurant to order desert. (which took 25 mins to arrive) To top it off we even had to go to the barman to pay our bill as no-one came near us after brining the desserts. My husband have been regulars in the bar area for drinks but this has completely rocked our confidence in the Swan.
