The Swan Hotel, Wells

"Slow, bothered and quiet"

Quite shocked at level of service for lunch. It took close to an hour to come for kids food and soup / sandwiches, it was quiet at the time, we were the only ones in the room in the back, and service was affected by staff clearly not being well and I’m assuming not coping as when we asked to order the kids desserts it was clear that they couldn’t be bothered even though we had paid for 2 courses.
