The Swan Hotel, Wells

"Wonderful staff."

The room was amazing. I booked the junior suite for a birthday surprise. The room was gorgeous and excellent value too.
The staff were brilliant. A special mention to Ryan in the restaurant. He was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Even a birthday mention.
Diane in reception was also very helpful, especially with her directions.
Ryan and Diane need employee awards
Would highly recommend this hotel.
