"Customer service need improvement "

We were given menus & when waitress came to take our order my husband asked for Duck & was told they didn’t have Duck ( this should of been pointed out when we were given menus ) my husband the had to think what else to have so ordered pie of the day chilli beef which arrived a long time after finishing starter the pie was over done ? Microwave & mash was almost cold but after waiting so long there was not an opportunity to get this changed he left most of meal . We heard 2 other customers ask for Duck & were told they didn’t have any again the waitress should of mentioned this when handing over menu , for this to happen 3 times not good
